Gunleaders.com obtained records of comments in support of the
ATF multi rifle sale registration scheme. Only Chris Biller's comment was received prior to the January 5, 2011 cut off for public input. These comments supported enacting the extra-legal ATF plan to establish a registry via collecting information on sales of more than one rifle in a 5 day period. Though our original FOIA request was for records from 12/17/2010 - 01/05/2011, DOJ sent all responsive records through the date of delivery ~01/19/2011.
